Locations, services and booking

Locations and booking

Add and manage locations with and without addresses. Configure which services are available at what locations and when. View the schedule by location. Locations include rooms, fields, studios, client's homes, etc.
How to create a new Location. Go to Schedule > Settings and click on Locations.
Choose a name and optionally add an address. For example you can add "Room 3" without an address or "Field 2" with an address.
You can set whether this location is visible to clients as well as update the Default business location to this one.
Booking and locations.


When scheduling, you can choose whether the location is set or not per service category. Go to Schedule > Booking Forms to configure this. Click on Edit for the service category you want to customize.

By default there are 2 Location fields in the booking form. You can remove the End Location if it doesn't make sense.


Click on the Settings (gears icon) to configure the Location field. Scroll down to set a default location.

You can choose whether the list of locations includes Client and Staff addresses. This setting is per Service (you can configure it for all services in a category at once). Update a service and scroll down to the booking form settings:
