Location centric scheduling: assign services to locations and set location availability.

To set which services are available at what locations go to Schedule > Settings > Service Locations and click on Add. Once you choose a name you will then select which service(s) this rule applies to:

The next step is to select which location(s) offer the services selected in previous step.

You have the option of configuring when a location is available. When adding or updating a Service Location rule choose between:

1. Always Open: location will always be available unless additional rules for this location are added with Closed dates.

2. Open on dates: location will only be available on dates specified. You can combine this with additional rules for this location such as more open dates or closed dates.

3. Open on days: select days of week this location is open on. For example, if you choose Monday to Friday, then system will treat the remaining days as Closed.

4. Dates closed: this rule overrides other rules. Specifiy which dates this location is not available on.

You can now go to Schedule and choose for Day, 5-days and Week views you can choose to view by Staff or by Location

You can also view locations via Map, location must have an address to be shown on the map
