Automated cancelation rules keep your schedule protected while still offering clients flexibility. Stay in control of your schedule. Automate how far in advance clients can cancel and whether there is a penalty.
Go to schedule and click on Cancellations.
Click on Add Rule button.
Fill in Name field. Select when this rule applies. You can choose one or more dates or date ranges. For example a specific date like January 1st or a date range like December 10 to 31st. When working with a date range you can select start and end time of the day or choose 'All day'.
Select services this rule applies to.
Here are a few examples of Cancelation conditions you can use:
To prevent cancelations from 3pm the day before the appointment.
Charge 50% for cancelations on the same day.
Charge 100% for a cancelation 2 hours before the appointment.
You can combine several cancellation conditions.
Click on add rule button.
