You can grow your CRM—your list of clients and leads (contacts) by giving website visitors a reason to complete a short form. For example, offer an incentive such as a free eBook or a discount on their first service to encourage them to sign up.
Here's how you can generate leads from your website. First, create a Form that your leads will fill out. Go to Clients > Forms and create a new Client Form.
Make sure the Create client setting near the bottom is On.
You can now add the form fields that will be filled out. The system will automatically ask for Name and Email as well as consent o be contacted, so you do not need to add those fields.
For example, ask the website visitor to share their pet's name and at the end of the week give away 20% off first visit to the winner!
Now that the form is ready, we can put it up on the website. Go to the webpage you want to put this form on, click on Edit in top left corner, click on the Block where you want to place the form, select the Group and click on '+ insert'
Select the Form widget:
Select the form and customize what happens when it's submitted.
