Service booking links

You have a website, you offer services and you want to get booked online. What are the options? Here's where you find a booking link you can list on a website or a QR code you can print so potential customers can snap a photo and start the booking process.

You have already created a Service in the system. You can see the Book button when looking at the service, but what do your clients see?

What is a booking link? It's a link your customers click on to start the booking process for that specific service they want.

You have 3 options.

Option 1: Website link to book a specific service.

Turn any link on your website into a booking link. A button, text or an image can all be used as links. Go to the webpage you want to have the booking link, focus on an element like an Image and click on the Link button, it looks like this:

You will now be able to select what this links to. Choose Links > Service Booking:

Once you click on 'Service Booking', you'll see a list of all your service, click on one.

Option 2: list some or all of the services you offer with Book buttons.

The Services widget. You can choose which service categories are shown. Your clients can scroll through your services and click the Book button.

Go to a webpage on your website, click on Edit and focus on a Group, click on the '+ Insert' link in top right:

Next, select the Services widget:

You can now configure the Services widget. Choose whether Price, Photo and Description are shown as well as other options. Visitors to your website will see a list of bookable services.

Option 3: QR code or the booking link to copy and paste for a specific service.

For any service that you offer, go to Services and click on the service name. Scroll down to the bottom to find the direct Booking link as well as QR code image you can download.
