Prepay or Deposit When Booking

Streamline your reservations with our secure Prepay Booking Feature, designed to reduce no-shows and boost customer commitment. Guests can conveniently pay in advance during checkout, ensuring a smooth booking experience while helping your business improve cash flow and forecasting. Easy to set up and fully customizable, prepayments help you protect valuable time slots and deliver a more reliable scheduling process.
Configure the deposit settings per service. When adding a new service or updating an existing one, scroll down to Prepay:
Set the percent of the total cost of a booking. A client will be forced to prepay the percentage you specify during booking.

Services that have Prepay enabled do not go through the Booking Request flow, they are booked into your schedule as soon as the prepayment is complete.

When clients book recurring appointments, you can choose exactly how much of the total cost must be prepaid.

When an Ongoing series is booked (never-ending appointments), the system creates it 3 months ahead, so if you are asking for 50% of prepayment for a series and a client is booking a series of appointments that do not have an end-date, the system can charge up to 3 months ahead.
