Client Notifications and Reminders

Customize client notifications by service with full control over your messaging. Personalize appointment reminders, check-in and checkout notifications, and automated welcome emails for clients who sign up through your website or are invited. Automate Reminders and Follow-ups.

Go to Clients > Notifications to manage appointment-based notifications and define the default messaging for invoices and other automated messages.

Click on Rules to customize specific notifications for specific services. For instance, a Check-out from a Dog Walk may have different wording than a Check-out from a Grooming appointment.

To create a new rule, click Rules and add a rule for the service or services you want. To edit a default message, click Edit.

For example, to edit the Welcome email, find the New Client from website and click Edit

Reminders

Go to Schedule > Reminders and click on Add Reminder

Once you select which role this Reminder rule is for, set how far in advance of the appointment it's sent and save it.
