GPS Location tracking

Location (GPS) information can be a helpful feature or a critical requirement when delivering services. It's used to support accountability, compliance, safety and security, and provide added peace of mind to both the business, staff member and the client who wants to know where and when a check-in and check-out took place.

A good System of Record keeps track of all kinds of information. Location info, with help of GPS for high precision, can be essential in establishing and maintaining trust between a business, staff members and clients.

Our system supports getting and storing GPS location at Checkin and Checkout. It is not a continuous GPS tracking and no apps are used, just the web browser.

GPS location can be configured per service. Go to a service and click Update, scroll down to Location:

You can now see that GPS Location is enabled for this service when viewing the service:

When viewing an appointment with a location enabled Service, you can click on the Map to see the Check in and Check out locations

Automatic lead generation. When an online form is submitted, a new Lead client is created automatically.
You can go to Clients and filter by 'Leads' to see a list.
