Daily booking limits rules

Learn how to limit the number of bookings per day for each service to manage availability, prevent overbooking, and maintain service quality.

To create or update Booking Limits rules, go to Schedule > Settings and click on Daily Booking Limits

You can create booking limit rules that are ongoing by selecting Days of the week, or set up temporary rules for a specific date range, such as when your availability changes during a holiday.

For example, a business offers dog grooming services Monday through Friday and limits the Large Dog Grooming service to no more than three bookings per day.

Select the services this rule applies to. If you choose multiple services, the system will enforce the daily limit by counting any of those services toward the total.

For example, if you offer five different types of haircuts and set a limit of three per day, any combination of those haircuts will count toward that limit.

In the final step, review the rule summary and click Save to finish.
