Customizing a client profile form is helpful because it lets a business collect the specific information that matters most for its services and customer relationships.


Personalized service - gather details (preferences, needs, allergies, pet info, style choices, etc.) that let you tailor services to each client and have that information easily accessible.


Operational efficiency - collect the right data upfront so staff don't need to ask the same questions repeatedly.

Customer loyalty - show clients you remember their preferences and details to build trust and repeat business.

Go to the navigation menu and click on Clients > Forms
Click on profile client edit button
A form is made up of fields.

You can set who can See and Edit a field and whether it is Required.

A Required field must be filled out for a form to be submitted.

Select a field type:
Once you select the type of field you can configure and preview it.


Info card: a quick way to have important info available at a glance when viewing a client profile, appointment or in 2-way chat.


For a Text field, you can also set Minimum and Maximum length, a Default value as well as see the preview of the field at the bottom:
