Your clients receive messages as SMS and reply to your business SMS number, you get a consolidated inbox with a chatroom for each client.


Under Messaging > Messaging Settings you can enable Chat and SMS.


On the right hand side you have quick access to the selected client's:

Upcoming and Previous appointments,

Offers: Active packages and memberships,

And unpaid Invoices.

Click the + button to add files or links to your message.

Select Link to add internal links to:

  • A specific web page or blog post
  • A form to complete
  • A service booking page
  • A link for leaving a review
