Learn how attendance tracking works for scheduled appointments. Do you offer group classes? Here's how you track attendance for specific clients.

You can track attendance of a client in any appointment. If you want to offer group appointments like a training class you should set the Capacity setting of the training service you offer. For example, if you don't want more than 5 clients per training session, create or edit your training service and set it:

If you offer a course that consists of 6 classes you'll need to Book the training service:

Set it to repeat as per your schedule, for example: 11am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from November 1st to 16th:

You can add clients to the course by clicking on 'Pets' (or 'Clients') when viewing a class from the course:

Once you have clients added to the appointment/class, you can click the 'Attendance' button:

You can now view and modify the Attendance record for the course (repeating appointments).
