Go to Invoices > Invoice Settings. You can choose whether your invoices include just the business name or also the logo.


Optionally, you can configure a 'Custom Field' for invoices that includes additional info about your business. The common use for it is a VAT registration number.


You can also configure the Invoice Footer. Have a look at the example below:

Invoice Status
Every Invoice has a status. Here's a list of statuses:

  • Draft: Not visible to the client, can be Deleted.
  • Unpaid: Visible to the client. Can be Copied, marked as Paid or Cancelled.
  • Paid: A paid invoice. If not by credit card, method of payment can be manually set as Cash, eTransfer, Check or other.
  • Partially Paid: An invoice that's not been fully paid. This invoice must be fully paid before it can be Refunded.
  • Refunded: A Paid invoice can be fully or partially refunded.
  • Cancelled: An Unpaid invoice can be cancelled, invoiced appointments will go back to being uninvoiced.
  • Uncollectable: An Unpaid invoice that won't get paid should get marked as Uncollectable.
To invoice a specific client, you can go to Clients, find the client and from the drop-down or from the client's profile click on Invoice:
You can also go to Invoices and click on New Invoice. You can then click on the client name to find the client.
You can also invoice for a specific appointment. View an appointment and click the Invoice button.
