Add Reminder rule to never forget about appointments. Choose how and when to reminders are sent by rile type: Manager, Staff and Client. You can customize appointment reminders when Creating or Updating an appointment.
Go to schedule and click on Reminders
Click on the Add a rule button
Select who the reminder is for. Choose between Manager, Staff and Client.
Choose to receive reminder as a text message or email. Select the amount of time before appointment to receive reminder.
Click on the Add button to save this Reminder rule.
