Learn how to onboard clients efficiently using forms and automation. Choose whether clients can sign up and what happens next. You can enforce collection of required forms, payment method, and a Meet & Greet service before a client can book / make booking requests with you.
Go to Clients, then settings to configure.
Decide if new clients are able to book. This setting can be changed per client once you complete your internal Onboarding process.
Client must have valid credit card on file to book. This option enforces a valid payment method for clients who want to make booking requests.
Meet and Greet. Required service to book other appointments. You can choose a service that must be booked and the appointment must be Completed before the client can make other booking requests.
Form must be filled out to Book. Go to Clients > Forms, you can create client and pet/dependent forms and set them to 'Required to book', which means that a client who does not fill out this form, or if this form expires - that client will not be able to make booking requests.
