Choose what details you collect from clients when they book, like contact info, service choices, or custom questions. This helps you stay organized, prepare for appointments, and give clients a smoother booking experience. Consider reminding your clients about your cancellation policy and fees right on the booking form.
Go to schedule and click on Booking Forms.
Select the service category for which you want to customize the Booking form.
Click on edit field to make changes to a field in the booking form.
The smallest booking form: If you remove all the optional booking fields, the booking form will only ask for the following: Service, Client, When and Optional text note/file upload.
Custom booking form: Add custom field for appointment. Select: Text (One-line), Checkbox, Text (Multi-line), Numbers, Drop-down list, Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Date, Section, Decimal, Time period, or File.
