Customize your booking settings to control how clients schedule appointments and how your calendar is displayed. Choose options like calendar view, appointment visibility, GPS check-ins, and staff assignment. Streamline your booking process and create a smoother experience for both you and your clients by preventing double bookings.
Go to schedule and click on Booking settings.
Select default schedule view. Control default settings of whether to show address on agenda view, show declined and canceled appointments in schedule.

An accessibility feature whether to show appointment status on schedule in addition to status color.

Choose to get GPS location at Check in and Check out. Choose to show appointment quote to clients. Choose to update appointment quote on Check out/ Complete (Only applies to appointments with a Draft Invoice or no Invoices.)
Choose if clients can make booking requests.

Choose to allow new clients to book. You can turn it off by default and allow specific clients to book one by one.

Meet and Greet. Select a service. In order for clients to make booking request, an appointment with this required service must be Completed.

You can also choose to allow clients to select staff during booking or auto-assign staff.

If your business has a simple "max appointments per day" setup, this is where you can set it. If you want to control max appointments per day for specific services, go to Schedule > Settings and click on Booking Limits.

Applies to Services with Availability enabled.

Prevent double bookings by enabling Availability.

Allow clients to book services with a waiting list.

Appointment title to include list of all services.

Setting to control whether booking requests made by clients will be auto-accepted.

Click on save to save booking settings.
